A leading private sector organisation based in London are looking for a Customer Experience Programme Manager for an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract, paying between £70k - £80k.
This client is looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Programme Manager to lead on a number of projects that align the organisation with it's latest transformation programme.
Reporting directly to the Transformation Director, you will be responsible for the programme delivery, budget & change management aspects as well as the overall coordination of the programme. You will help scope future innovations and enable new service initiatives which deliver improvement enhancing customer experience and service efficiency.
