Interim Reward Analyst - £300/£350 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a leading corporate based in Berkshire on an Interim Reward Analyst role.
My client are looking for a reward professional who has a bias towards compensation to support the team on salary surveys, bonus plans and pay reviews. You will also be required to support projects which are currently ongoing in the reward space.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working on job evaluation, job families and salary structures as well as having strong excel skills (write formulas, h/v lookups, excel workbook analysis and pivot tables.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team as a reward specialist supporting a number of projects in the reward space.
