Annapurna Recruitment is Partnering with a large Professional Services business based in Birmingham to recruit a Senior Payroll Manager.
As a Senior Payroll Manager you will manage the payroll operations for a number of large and small clients. Managing up to a team of 12 you will be responsible for all payroll activity within your team.
Your duties will include:
Manage the team to ensure all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient mannerr.
You will be responsible for multiple payrolls of different size.
Provide support to internal and external stake holders.
Monthly reports to Service Level and the board.
Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Payroll and be a key escalation point for any payroll queries.
You will also provide 121 management to all members within your team.
Ensure that payroll is delivered to SLA's.
Strong exposure to multiple and high volume payrolls.
Strong Stake holder management.
Multiple systems exposure is highly desirable.
CIPP or equivalent.
Experience of managing projects is also desirable.
This is an exciting role to work in a large professional services business. Salary paying £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits.
